From conceptual plans, council submissions, organizing demolition, through to completion of the build of our split level, modern family home, our experience with Belair Custom Homes was exceptional. We built with Belair Custom Homes last year and it was a great experience. Scott took our Wish List and designed a quality home that perfectly fits our family’s needs.
Being a custom builder, we had the ability to pick any fittings and fixtures we wanted. but we had no nasty budget surprises at the end because we had good ongoing communication with the BCH office staff so we knew if an item was going to incur an additional cost.
We had so much choice it could have become overwhelming but BCH introduced us to friendly and knowledgeable people who helped us choose our tiles, colour schemes and kitchen design. The results are outstanding and the workmanship, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen, is excellent thanks to the Site Manager’s watchful eye. It is a large house that was built on time, on budget and BCH are a great team to work with. We are extremely happy with the result and we would definitely build with BCH again.
