This extension to an older home in Kings Park was the result of a collaboration between Belair Custom Homes, the owners and Enoki design. The result is a stunning, richly textured addition overlooking a new swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area. Polished concrete floors are complemented by the exposed aggregate finish around the pool and a wide selection of building materials including reclaimed timber posts and beams, corrugated iron, stone and stainless steel.
