Oversees every stage of the build process from design to handover. Hands-on approach that sees him on site every day. Open communication with clients to facilitate the conversion of dream to reality.

Esther keeps projects moving behind the scenes and is responsible for the office administration and management including accounts and finance.

Ray has worked within the building industry in South Australia for over 40 years, bringing his wealth of experience to the role of Construction Manager. His meticulous attention to detail and open communication style is appreciated by trades and clients alike as he works collaboratively to minimise disruption during renovation and addition projects. His competence and calm enthusiasm combine to make the build journey stress-free and enjoyable as he guides the project from concept to completion.

INTERIOR DESIGNER
Yvonne has both formal design qualifications and a natural flair which makes her a valuable and trusted advisor and co-ordinator of colour palettes and client selections.
Fiona Hall
ESTIMATOR
Brings a broad and deep catalogue of experience to her role of contracts estimator.
Liaison between office and site contractors and suppliers.
Understands the structural requirements of each job and works to produce costs that are inclusive, competitive and that minimise waste.
Responsible for scheduling to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively.
Joe Manfredi
CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Joe has enjoyed a long career in the design and construction industry after achieving tertiary qualifications in both Architectural Drafting and Building Technology
His role includes contract documentation and liaison with City Councils, engineers, energy advisory panels and private certifiers.
He co-ordinates and facilitates variations to contract, is involved in the scheduling of work and order of materials and is a calm and friendly point of contact for our clients
